Were a values-driven organisation focused on safety, excellence, and creating opportunities for our communityand were seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help us continue this work.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager and working closely with our Operations Management team, this role is essential for leading Bridas commercial contracts. Youll lead from the frontensuring services are safe, compliant, client-focused, and aligned with our values.Key responsibilities include:Managing daily operations of all Brida commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and statutory requirementsOverseeing budgets and financial delegationsPartnering with the Safety Team to uphold OH&S obligations and client requirementsActing as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong operational relationshipsAbout YouWe seek someone operationally strong who believes in people and purpose.
