This diverse and challenging project has a 2-year construction program, offering longevity and growth opportunities within the company.We are seeking a Safety Coordinator responsible for all safety and health activities related to the company''s workers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement measures to mitigate them.Investigate accidents and safety incidents.Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.Required Skills and Competencies:Demonstrated experience in safety and compliance.Experience implementing safety training programs.Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.Current Provide First Aid (Level 2) certification.Additional Information:ACCIONA has received Top Employer certification in Australia for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, reflecting our commitment to excellence in HR management and employee well-being.
