About the RoleJBS Riverina is recruiting a passionate Talent & Community Engagement Officer to join the HR team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, this role provides recruitment support for four sites: Riverina Plant, Riverina Feedlot, and Prime City Feedlot. It is ideal for individuals with recruitment experience seeking to develop their end-to-end talent acquisition skills in a fast-paced environment while engaging with the local community.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end recruitment processes including selection, placement, and onboarding.Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Understand operational needs to support quality placements.Engage with the community through education, sporting clubs, and Job Active providers.Identify and implement recruitment and onboarding improvements.Build and promote the JBS employer brand within the community.Coordinate and participate in careers days and expos.Create marketing campaigns targeting local areas.Complete recruitment reports as required.About YouExperience in a similar recruitment role is advantageous.Knowledge of recruitment laws and compliance requirements.Experience in a food manufacturing environment is advantageous.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Effective team player with excellent communication skills.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Demonstrated leadership and process improvement passion.Why Work for JBS Australia?Access to discounted JBS products and retail discounts.Health insurance discounts with Bupa and Medibank Private.Ongoing training and career development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
