The program delivers low intensity clinical interventions, practical supports and community engagement opportunities to increase the resilience, mental health literacy and wellbeing of children, young people and families through an individual, community and family system-based approach. The program offers holistic, flexible wrap-around support from the first point of contact, including family and caregiver support.The Community Engagement Worker connects with children, young people, families and community through the development and implementation of a range of engagement activities including outreach, events and workshops with a focus on building awareness of the program within the community, providing psychoeducation and removing barriers to accessing supports for wellbeing.
