Your Opportunity:We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Manager Aseptic Training to lead our Aseptic Training Programme.You will work across Manufacturing, Engineering, Trades, Quality, and Senior Leadership to establish and manage a comprehensive aseptic training program, ensuring high standards in aseptic competencies and robust Sterility Assurance at Australia''s largest pharmaceutical site.Leading a team of Aseptic Trainers, you will plan, budget, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to implement and improve the training program, aligning it with broader company objectives.This is a 2-year fixed-term position at our Broadmeadows site, offering a unique opportunity to lead a pioneering initiative and a dynamic team. We are open to considering qualified candidates from other locations and offer sponsorship for the successful candidate!Your Role:Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Services, Filling, your responsibilities include:Developing, planning, directing, and overseeing the aseptic training program to ensure compliance and high performance.Collaborating with Manufacturing, Sterility Assurance, and Quality Assurance teams to develop and update training content.Implementing feedback loops and continuous improvement strategies to enhance training quality.Managing the Aseptic Training Centre to ensure it meets all training needs as defined by the program.Coaching, mentoring, and developing staff, including career development planning and opportunities.Engaging with trainees to make their learning experience impactful and memorable.Your Experience:Strong knowledge of Good Aseptic Practice, Regulatory Requirements, Gowning, and Training Development.Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Sterility Assurance.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team in a collaborative environment.Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or a related discipline.Experience in training delivery and program development is highly desirable.How to Apply:If you are passionate about training and eager to lead this new Aseptic Training team, we want to hear from you!
