The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and technical skills such as excellent communication, computer literacy, problem-solving and organisational skills.Your role:In this role your key responsibilities are but not limited to:ResponsibilitiesProviding after sales customer service for furniture and bedding retailersSelf learning - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and servicesHandling all customer enquiries, complaints and issues raised via phone and email channelsProviding technical support and guidance for products (e.g. methods to troubleshoot)Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectivelyDocumenting customer issues and other reportsOrganising and sending out spare parts (delegate with warehouse manager)Preparing Invoices and reports of documentationAnswering Phone CallsProvide weekly updated stocklistsQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English)1-2 years experience in customer service within furniture industry (preferred)Strong Computer Literacy (particularly within the Microsoft Suite)Seniority levelSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Jar Furniture Imports Pty.
