Based out of our Mackay branch, this customer support role will have you delivering a high level of service by acting as the key point of contact for their filtration requirements.In this role you will be responsible for:Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territoryGrowth and new business development of the Donaldson filtration rangeUndertaking negotiations with customers and resellers regarding their supply agreementsAccurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysisMaintaining an effective territory customer call and visit planAchieving nominated sales and trading targetsAs the ideal candidate, you will have:Demonstrated sales and customer service experience with evidence of successExperience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries is preferredGenuine desire to deliver Hitachis promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customersPrevious experience with the use of CRM or similar customer management databaseA motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targetsA current drivers license and the ability to travel frequentlyHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
