The RSP Experience & Simplicity Value Stream supports business processes aligned to the Customer & Products business organisation.This role involves facilitating the Value Streams major events and processes, supporting the organisation configuration of the Value Stream, standardising and documenting practices, managing external dependencies and risks, ensuring value delivery, and driving continuous improvement. The role also includes participating in scaled agile/lean transformation, coaching leaders and teams in new processes and mindsets.A bit about youThe ideal candidate has a strong background in scaled agile practices, ideally with experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Delivery Manager.Knowledge of organisation and project management, as well as domain/process knowledge in Telco areas such as sales, marketing, activation, and assurance, is desirable.
