About The RoleAre you ready to take control of your career? Were currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to support fixed plant operations at a major industrial site in Newcastle, NSW.This is a standard planning role focused on work order management using SAP, and were open to applicants from all planning backgrounds who have strong SAP experience. While master data experience is not required, its a welcome bonus.This is a Monday to Friday on-site position, so were particularly interested in hearing from local candidates.This contract runs until the end of 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension into 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule maintenance activities for fixed plant assets.Create and manage work orders using SAP.Coordinate maintenance tasks with operations and execution teams.Ensure resource and material availability to meet planning deadlines.Support compliance with work management processes and site safety procedures.Communicate with supervisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency.BenefitsHourly rate between $70 - $75 + superannuation, depending on experience and skill set, paid weekly.Stable team, consistent routine, and excellent site culture.MSS Employee Assistance Program.Staff uniforms provided.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, preferably in fixed plant.SAP experience in planning and work order management.Strong understanding of maintenance workflows and planning processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday.Australian Working Rights.About UsMaintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
