Join us in shaping the future of UniSQs facilities for excellence in teaching, learning, and research.What you''ll doYou will lead a dedicated team responsible for planning and maintaining the universitys facilities, infrastructure, buildings, grounds, and property portfolio. This leadership role requires a detailed understanding of maintenance and infrastructure management in a complex environment. You will ensure assets are managed in accordance with industry standards, legislation, and the University Strategic Asset Management Plan. Your responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating maintenance and infrastructure activitiesEnsuring compliance with relevant standards and legislationDeveloping and implementing strategic plans for facilities managementWhat will help you succeedAlong with relevant qualifications and experience, you will possess:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent understanding of facilities and infrastructure managementAbility to develop strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvementUniSQ values diversity and fosters an inclusive environment that respects differences.
