YOUR OPPORTUNITYWe are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Albury NSW.In this key role, you''ll work within the warehouse supporting the trade store where needed. Youll be the face of our business, serving customers and helping drive operations across the branch.Were looking for a customer-focused all-rounder who is happy to get involved in all areas, and most importantly, someone who loves providing exceptional customer service!We offer fantastic career development opportunities; this is your chance to join a Wesfarmers business and start your long-term future with us today!Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToReceiving, sorting, and labeling incoming goods from suppliers, ensuring they are recorded and tracked correctly in our systems.Operating machinery to assist with the daily requirements of receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.Stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and maintaining the presentation of our Trade Store and Warehouse.Proactively driving efficiencies in the Trade Store and Warehouse, ensuring high safety and service standards.Serving customers face-to-face and via phone/email, following up on customer requests, sourcing parts, and checking ETAs on backorders.To Be Successful, You Will HaveProven experience in a trade store, retail, or warehouse environment.Friendly and well-developed customer service skills, with a customer first approach.Excellent time management, and clear verbal/written communication.Proactive and motivated problem solver, with a team player mentality.Forklift license and experience are desirable (or a willingness to obtain).Good computer and MS Office skills (experience using RF devices is a bonus).A desire to develop and grow your career with us.Culture & BenefitsWe provide a range of employee benefits including:Permanent salary and incentives.Team member discount card for Kmart, Bunnings, Target, & Officeworks.Wesfarmers share plans annually.Refer-A-Friend program earn up to $2,000 for each referral!Team events and celebrations.Discounted offers from over 300 corporate partners.Generous paid parental leave policy & more!NEXT STEPSIf you meet most of the criteria and wish to apply, please send your application today.
