Demonstrated experience in commercial management and strategic management of a cultural facility. High-level organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders. Excellent research and data analysis skills, with the ability to undertake economic, business, and financial analysis. Superior management and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, cooperative, and productive relationships with staff, the community, and key stakeholders. Experience in developing commercial and/or government partnerships to improve business performance or customer service outcomes.
