Managing a small finance team of 2, you will be working within a friendly, motivated and welcoming team environment, in nice offices in Perth''s southern suburbs.Your new roleReporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all accounting duties for the business, including subsidiaries. You''ll be supported by an Accounts Payable Officer and an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Officer for transactional duties, and will be responsible for leading them also. This is a permanent full-time role, where you will receive a full handover when you commence. The position will involve a lot of business partnering and stakeholder engagement, as well as assisting the GM with any additional duties.What you''ll need to succeedCPA/CA highly desirableExperience working in the construction sectorGreat communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in working with stakeholdersExperience managing a small finance teamTime management and organisational skillsWhat you''ll get in returnIn return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with an attractive annual salary, dependent on skill set and experience circa $150,000 + superannuation.
