Were currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to support fixed plant operations at a major industrial site in Newcastle, NSW. This is a planning role focused on work order management using SAP. We welcome applicants from all planning backgrounds with strong SAP experience. Master data experience is not required but is a plus. This is a Monday to Friday on-site position. We are particularly interested in local candidates. The contract runs until end of 2025, with a high likelihood of extension into 2026. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule maintenance activities for fixed plant assets. Create and manage work orders using SAP. Coordinate maintenance tasks with operations and execution teams. Ensure resource and material availability to meet planning deadlines. Support compliance with work management processes and site safety procedures. Communicate with supervisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency. Hourly rate between $70 - $75 + superannuation, paid weekly. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, preferably in fixed plant. SAP experience in planning and work order management.
