The team ensures PwC is a firm where wellbeing is central, supporting initiatives related to the wellbeing, capability, and capacity of our partners, leaders, and staff. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to promote a culture of health and wellbeing, ensuring support and resources for our people.Youll help solve complex problems using your skills in:Health risk management, occupational health, or related fields.Strong analytical skills to interpret medical data and translate findings into strategies.Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of health, wellbeing best practices, ergonomics, and injury prevention.In our team, your impact includes:Analyzing medical data from assessments to inform health initiatives.Identifying at-risk individuals and guiding them through health programs.Collaborating on holistic health protocols with psychological specialists.Working with Safety Business Partners to understand firm risks.Managing relationships with external providers and establishing health service networks.Designing and facilitating health workshops and training sessions.Implementing health technology tools for data insights.Occasional involvement in injury or illness management.QualificationsBachelors degree in health science, public health, or related fields.Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.Passion for promoting health and wellbeing within organizations.Working ConditionsCombination of remote and in-person work, with occasional travel for meetings or workshops.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
