Located just 15 minutes from Perth Airport and 25 minutes from the city centre, the park is set in the foothills of the Darling Ranges, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers.About The RoleAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Park Manager to lead a thriving tourism operation in one of Australias premier holiday destinations.In This Role, Youll Be Responsible ForLeading and developing a high-performing team across administration, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, and customer service.Creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture with a focus on team performance and development.Full P&L management and accountability.Driving revenue growth and business performance, collaborating with revenue partners and stakeholders.Maintaining high operational standards in asset management, compliance, and park presentation.Taking a hands-on approach to all aspects of park management, including after-hours responsibilities.About YouWe seek an experienced, hands-on leader with strong hospitality or accommodation management experience and a growth mindset.
