About the roleLocated at our site in Leeton, you will be an integral member of the CopRice Leeton Leadership team, responsible for managing the full operational remit required for our Petfood facility including Feed mill, Bran Plant, Packing, and Extrusion areas. You will have responsibility for deliverables which meet business safety, quality, people, financial, and commercial objectives.Key responsibilities include:Leading all planned production requirements for Feed mill, Bran Plant, and Petfood Facilities in a cost-effective manner, ensuring that CopRice SHE, quality, and human resources policies, strategies, and standards are met.Leading improvement activities and culture development across these business units, aligning with business expectations and scorecards.Championing continuous improvement to enhance production performance, utilization, throughput, and equipment efficiency.Embedding a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture based on our foundational principles and behaviors.About YouYou are decisive in problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong organizational and planning abilities. As a natural influencer, you encourage open, friendly engagement and collaboration.
