We employ an exceptional team of engineers, manufacturers, and specialist maintenance technicians who possess the expertise to create and maintain cutting-edge solutions for materials handling systems throughout Australia.THE ROLEWe have an exciting permanent position available for a Workshop Supervisor to join our manufacturing division.This position, reporting to the Production Manager, is ideally suited for an individual who can lead the workshop towards success while actively supporting the team in a hands-on manner.KEY DUTIES (but not limited too)Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of workshop activities and team.Coordinate and execute workshop activities for team by planning and prioritising.Ensure efficiency of the workshop to achieved targets, objectives, budgets and operational timelines by developing, implementing and reviewing processes.Ensure work tasks are carried out in a manner that prioritises safety while adhering to standards and quality requirements.Facilitate collaboration among departments to minimise delays, errors, and discrepancies in service specifications.Manage equipment maintenance and stock levels.Prepare and submit accurate paperwork, reports, records relating to operations, QHSE and compliance.YOUProven experience in a comparable role involving the leadership and management of a workshop, ideally within a manufacturing setting.Relevant trades qualification, preferable in boilermaking or fitting.Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance.Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.Effective communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and a capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.Proficient in computer literacy.Successful candidates for TS Global will need to complete a comprehensive pre-employment medical examination, which will include a physical assessment as well as drug and alcohol testing.Please submit your application to the HR team by clicking apply now".If youre ready to make a real impact and be part of a fantastic team, wed love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
