What You Need to Succeed A drive to support and deliver exceeding practice A passion for the sector and a desire for continuous improvement Aiming to take the next step in your professional career Enjoyment in improving capability, developing teams, and unlocking potential Your New Role Lead and enhance embedded practice across services Implement the TheirCare approach to programming, safety, quality, and compliance Coach and mentor teams, focusing on improvement and knowledge sharing Manage rostering, financials, and community engagement Use critical reflection and planning to improve child outcomes Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in OSHC or childcare industry required Experience as an Area Manager Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations Understanding of the National Law & Regulations Knowledge of the National Quality Standard Familiarity with TheirCares policies and procedures A positive attitude and a desire for positive change Qualification approved by ACECQA Current first aid certification Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres Join Us Come and be part of the fun at TheirCare.
