Do you have experience in managing technology integration projects for major works and refurbishments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as IT Infrastructure Project Manager.In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all major works and refurbishments are integrated with standardised technology solutions, such as audiovisual systems, network infrastructure, video conferencing, CCTV, and building management technology. You will work closely with the facilities and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the project stakeholders. You will collaborate with the facilities team, ensuring that technology requirements are considered in the planning phases of projects. Leveraging your experience, you will be responsible for budget estimation and tracking for technology-related aspects of projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.What you''ll need to succeedExperience delivering Infrastructure and Technology Projects, ideally with an understanding of audiovisual equipment and network infrastructureAn ability to drive outcomes by effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders and project teamsDemonstrated ability to successfully deliver complex programs and/or projects with proven cost control and resource management ability and a track record of delivery to budgetIn-depth understanding of integrating networking, including Wi-Fi access points, routers and switches with technology solutionsThorough understanding of construction best practicesProfessional qualifications in Project Management (e.g. Scrum, Agile, Prince2) will be highly regardedWhat you''ll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of dedicated IT and construction professionals on an initial 12-month contract.
