That goes for our clients and our people.For our employees, we provide an industry-leading Humanity Life Policy that encourages you to cultivate your version of a balanced life and meaningful career across our global brand family.About the roleThe Accounts Receivable Officers primary purpose is to facilitate all outstanding payments, actioned accurately and in a timely manner for Humanity Health Group.The Accounts Receivable Officer will be required to assist with some ad-hoc tasks that arise from time to time as well as maintaining data integrity within the database.This full-time opportunity is centrally located in our new North Shore St Leonards office. As the successful candidate, you will be a stones throw away from public transport, excellent cafes and shopping. You will join a high performing and welcoming team with exceptional support from management.As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for:Maintaining a professional demeanour, providing exceptional customer service delivery over the phone and via email to all customers and stakeholdersProcess outstanding payment updates in a timely mannerManage a significant ledger, debtor reconciliations and ad hoc administrationProcess credit requests, credit notes and allocate daily banking paymentsAssist with other ad-hoc account tasks as requiredTo be successful you will have:Exceptional attention to detailPersistence and exceptional customer service skills to achieve the desired outcomeExcellent communication and organisational skillsResults orientatedAbility to work autonomously and take initiative in appropriate circumstancesExperience using Case ManagerDemonstrated knowledge of appointment-based finance systemsExperience in a similar service environmentExperience within the NDIS or allied health servicesIn this role youll receive...Unrivalled professional supportContinuous career growth with an established brand offering diverse pathways to suit your work/life needs as they changeSupport from an innovative organisation that recognises and rewards high performanceConnection with a supportive team, manager, and workplace cultureKeen to join us?If this sounds like you, wed love to hear from you.
