This is a full-time positionwith Excellent Remuneration and Benefits. You believe that organizational success comes from managing yourself and empowering and supporting your people rather than micromanaging numbers.Requirements:Welding Supervision qualification meeting AS1554.1 Clause 4.12.1 (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months)Trade Qualification & Experience in Welding, Mechanical Fitting, or MachiningCurrent Australian Drivers LicenseExperience supervising a Fabrication WorkshopIn good health and have the fitness to deliver this roleQualities and Characteristics:You are a self-starter who is energetic, influential, and motivated.
