Assist families in developing and implementing child-focused parenting and/or property agreements during separation, divorce, or divorce proceedings. Conduct assessments, provide information, referrals, and services to support families through separation. Qualifications and Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications in community welfare practice, e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, with family dispute resolution experience. Accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney Generals Department. Understanding of relevant legislation such as family law, family violence, child support, and child protection. Current drivers license. Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
