Lead and motivate your team with autonomy, drive production efficiency, and seize opportunities for career progression Role Overview Reporting to an experienced Manufacturing Leader, you''ll start on day shift for training before transitioning onto the Afternoon shift, ensuring a smooth handover and set-up for success. In this role, you''ll: Lead and motivate a team of up to 40+ staff, across various food production lines, ensuring production goals are met. Drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality, and GMP standards. Collaborate with other departments and shifts to ensure seamless operations. Plan and schedule tasks, keeping your team organized and informed. Take a hands-on approach to resolving issues and supporting your team on the floor. Candidate Profile You''re an experienced production team leader, supervisor or manager with a background in FMCG manufacturing looking for the next opportunity.
