This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation within one of Australia''s largest educational organisations. The two LBA roles are an IDAM/Cybersecurity role and a Finance/Payroll role. Both of these roles are for the same program, but have more detailed requirements for each specific role. What you''ll do (more specifics below): Lead Business Analyst - Finance/Payroll Your role will be pivotal in supporting the program. You will bridge the gap between business and technology by analyzing requirements, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring system configurations meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive system and process enhancements and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Lead Business Analyst - IDAM You will lead a team of analysts on integrating IDAM (Microsoft Entra ID), CyberArk, and MDM (Informatica). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate into specifications. Support configuration of Finance ERP modules according to requirements. Perform testing to validate solutions against requirements and designs. Support training and provide ongoing support to end-users. Contribute to data migration strategies from legacy to new ERP systems. Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, process mapping, develop User Stories, and work within Agile sprint cycles. What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Finance/Payroll role will have proven experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end SDLC implementation of a finance ERP such as Oracle or SAP, or similar products. In-depth domain knowledge of finance functions in the education sector is essential. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools are required, along with experience with cloud-based ERP products and Agile methodologies. Experience with end-to-end SDLC of finance ERPs like Oracle or SAP. Deep knowledge of finance functions in education. Knowledge of ERP modules such as Financial, Procurement, Invoicing, and Billing. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Experience with cloud ERP solutions and Agile working practices. For the IDAM/Cybersecurity role: Experience delivering IDAM, MDM, or Active Directory/Identity Management solutions. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Informatica, or CyberArk is a plus.
