This is a wonderful opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise, support our students and educators, and make a real difference.As a key member of the Education Delivery Support team, you will contribute to developing and delivering quality learning services to a wide range of clients through:Providing accurate and efficient administrative services utilizing various software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, and data input, ensuring that day-to-day activities align with business operations.Performing general administrative duties including, but not limited to, records maintenance, data entry, and completion of forms and correspondence.Undertaking research and development on matters relating to business functions.Operating office equipment including telephones and multi-functional devices (MFD) with a focus on sustainable work practices.Managing own workflow efficiently, negotiating priorities for deadlines where appropriate.Providing efficient business-focused customer service to external and internal clients.Responding proactively to verbal and written inquiries, ensuring that correspondence and inquiries are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.Contributing to improvements in business processes and practices.Being accountable for achieving the key responsibilities of this position and ensuring work complies with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.Ensuring that day-to-day activities align with business operations.Working in an environment of change and continuous improvement.Making Great Happen!TAFE Queensland regularly has vacancies (short and long term) for Business Support Administrators in the Education Delivery Support team.
