This role is crucial in ensuring our processing team operates with accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with industry regulations and lender policies. You will be responsible for creating and facilitating training that equips our Loan Processors with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles and contribute to the smooth and successful provision of services to businesses within the LMG network.As a Business Excellence Lead , you will play a vital role in onboarding new loan processors, upskilling existing team members in the Philippines, and ensuring consistent application of best practices across the processing function. You will work closely with the National Outsourcing Manager and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop impactful learning solutions.Key Responsibilities:Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the National Outsourcing Manager, Operations Manager and team leaders to identify training needs and knowledge gaps within the loan processing team.Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, online modules, job aids, and practical exercises focused on loan processing workflows, lender requirements, compliance, and technology utilization.Delivery of Training: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions through various methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and virtual training sessions.Onboarding New Processors: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new Loan Processors to ensure they have a solid understanding of the loan process, company procedures, and relevant systems.Ongoing Training and Upskilling: Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep processors updated on policy changes, new regulations, lender updates, system enhancements, and best practices in loan processing.Product and Policy Training: Develop and deliver training on various mortgage products, lender-specific policies, and internal processing guidelines.Compliance Training: Ensure processors have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, compliance requirements (e.g., NCCP Act), and ethical practices related to loan processing.Technology Training: Train processors on the effective use of CRM systems, loan origination software, lender portals, and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Performance Support: Create and maintain readily accessible resources and job aids to support processors in their daily tasks.Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Processing Manager, team leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in loan processing and training methodologies.Foster a Learning Environment: Promote a positive and supportive learning environment within the processing team.Qualifications & Experience:5+ years demonstrated experience in training and development, ideally with a focus in the Australian Residential Mortgage Industry.Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage broking landscape and the end-to-end loan processing lifecycle.End-to-end understanding of LMG platforms and processesRelevant certifications or qualifications in training and assessment (e.g., Diploma in Mortgage Broking, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) are advantageous.In-depth knowledge of lender policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.Experience in developing training materials using various tools and technologies (e.g., PowerPoint, e-learning platforms, video conferencing software).Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in using relevant mortgage processing software and systems is highly desirable.A passion for developing others and contributing to team success.Personal Attributes:Highly motivated and results-oriented.Positive and engaging personality.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
