In this role, you''ll be responsible for designing and optimising content experiences using CMS platforms, automation tools, and personalisation technologies. Reporting directly into the Customer Communications, Experience & Personalisation Lead, you''ll take an end-to-end approach to crafting communications structuring, storing, and distributing content efficiently across channels. The focus is on supporting customer communications throughout the lifecycle of interactions at Origin, with a strong emphasis on service-related customer experience content. You''ll need a solid grasp of content design, accessibility standards, and platform-agnostic delivery to engage diverse audiences with personalised messaging tailored to their needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead content design and experience strategy across multiple channels, ensuring clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content that enhances customer experience.Drive content best practices by collaborating with UX, design, business, and fulfilment teams to create modular, reusable, and scalable content across platforms.Champion end-to-end content operations, optimising delivery through CMS and tools like Kraken, Braze, Snowflake and WordPress for seamless omnichannel communication.Own service and mandatory communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining clarity, consistency, and a customer-friendly tone.Foster cross-functional collaboration, aligning with stakeholders across marketing, digital, product, and legal to deliver impactful, customer-first content solutions.About You:Experience in customer communications or marketing leadership roles with proven ability to deliver end-to-end content design across digital and non-digital channels.Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, operations, fulfilment, and developers.Strong experience with CMS platformspublishing, editing, and using analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, CMS-integrated tools).Confident using SEO tools (e.g. Yoast SEO) to optimise content with metadata, alt text, and structured data.Expertise in UX writingcrafting clear, accessible content, including microcopy, error messages, and CTAs.Understanding of audience segmentation strategies and curated content delivery across 1:1 channels, web and traditional media.Martech experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Braze is a desirable.Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital or a related field (mandatory).Origin - Where good change happensAt Origin, we''re powered by people who believe in creating change.We are committed to fostering a diverse, gender equitable workforce, where everyone is welcome, and all applications are evaluated on merit and potential.
