Our small but mighty creative team brings bold ideas to life across every touchpoint, helping us connect with our audience, grow our impact, and stay unmistakably us.We''re looking for a Performance Designer to focus on high-performing, scroll-stopping creative that fuels our growth. Reporting to the Associate Design Lead, this hands-on role involves shaping the visual direction of paid video, paid social, blog posts, performance marketing campaigns, and other e-commerce initiatives. You''ll collaborate closely with the video and marketing teams to drive resultsall while keeping things fun, fresh, and on brand.As a purpose-driven organization, while your work will help achieve acquisition goals, it will also support funding clean water and sanitation projects worldwide. Not a bad day''s work!Here are some things you might have been involved in recently:Brainstormed ideas for monthly paid ads, marketing campaigns, or ways to show appreciation to long-term subscribersDeveloped static paid ads for campaigns, suggesting quick-win iterations to testCollaborated with the video team to create graphics for an animation involving multiple uses of the word "butt"Provided feedback to external agencies to ensure assets are on brandParticipated in team calls like creative reviews or metrics meetings with the ecommerce marketing teamLet''s talk about youYou have solid design skills with a performance mindsetYou understand design fundamentals, are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, and care about creating effective work that performs across platforms.
