This is a part-time role, offering one day per week. The Administration Officer will provide high-quality administrative support in line with organizational policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Senior Nursing Officer, medical and nursing staff, and Business Manager Clinical Services and Operations.Manage client management systems and ensure accurate Medicare documentation.Deliver high-quality administration services according to policies and procedures.Maintain timely and cost-effective administrative support across the organization.Build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.Assist in providing client services and administrative support to clinical staff.Skills and Experience RequiredMinimum of 12 months experience in a medical administration role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.Certificate or experience in medical practice administration.Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Proven client management experience and ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.Effective team player and independent worker.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to team culture and work collaboratively.How to ApplyClick the Apply button or contact us for more information.WorkPac is Australias largest privately owned workforce solutions provider, offering recruitment, skills, and career development opportunities across various industries including Mining, Construction, and Healthcare.
