They are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that supports professional growth and development.Your new roleAs an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training materials in various formats, including workshops, online learning modules, Quick Reference Guides, and educational videos. Reporting to the Change & Learning Manager, you will support the management and monitoring of the learning program, ensuring the successful implementation of new system functionalities. You will work closely with change management, communications, technical, and project management teams to execute and communicate the training strategy effectively. This role involves interacting with a diverse stakeholder group of over 5000 individuals, including C-suite executives, employees, and administrative staff.
