This role offers a unique chance to be part of a rapidly growing, national leader with a supportive team environment and a clear pathway for career progression.The RoleAccount Management & Business Development:Manage a portfolio of active accounts while revitalising relationships with dormant customers.Develop new business opportunities within various industries, including food, freight & distribution, medical, and printing resellers.Understand the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products and educate clients on customised printing solutions.Set and manage client expectations to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.Collaboration & Sales Strategy:Work closely with internal teams (customer service, production, leadership) to drive success.Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with the national sales team to create strategic sales initiatives.Maintain a strong on-the-road presence, with 60% travel throughout the Sydney metro area.About YouYou are a proactive and driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will possess:Sales Experience Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the labels, printing, or custom manufacturing industry.Consultative Selling Skills A strong ability to sell services and solutions, not just products.Client Management Experience in both managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.Culture Fit You are team-oriented, collaborative, and driven by achieving results.
