The successful applicant will be:Leading and managing key strategic projects and work-streams with a focus on outcomes aligned with SMHS and broader health strategies, reform, and initiatives.Providing leadership and management for clinical transformations, business case development, and infrastructure capital works projects at FSFHG, covering all project phases including initiation, stakeholder engagement, change management, implementation, delivery, and closure.Our Values guide our work in every action, including recruitment and employment!
