They will supervise 3 - 5 Contract Advisors each, helping lift portfolio maturity, governance, and risk management across a growing portfolio of high-value contracts.Role OverviewGold Fields is seeking two highly capable Senior Advisors: Contracts to join our Perth-based Supply Chain team. These newly created roles reflect our continued investment in commercial excellence. They will supervise 3 - 5 Contract Advisors each, helping lift portfolio maturity, governance, and risk management across a growing portfolio of high-value contracts.Reporting to the Manager: Contracts, you will lead the execution of complex sourcing and contract management strategies that deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes while helping shape Gold Fields broader contracting model to meet short, medium, and long-term operational needs.
