You can influence outcomes and meet diverse challenges.Youll have the opportunity to use your expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution to help thousands of people every day.In this role, you''ll:Work within our Regional Rail project team within the People Planning and Capability Branch of NSW Trains, focusing on designing and delivering change programs for our New Regional Fleet.This role involves managing a broad range of change management activities for the business, including process management, people process changes, and large-scale operational change requiring internal stakeholder and community engagement.
