This role focuses on optimizing merchandise catalogue management and omnichannel services within our E-Commerce team.Utilize your E-Commerce expertise, and collaborative skills to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. Your analytical abilities and innovative approach will contribute to our team''s success.What you can expect:Update the merchandise catalogue in the MCM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with the Global E-Comm team to adapt catalogue initiatives for the Australian market.Resolve errors within the MCM system to maintain data integrity.Partner with merchandise, marketing, IT, and customer service for seamless system integration.Train MCM users to navigate and utilize system features effectively.Provide support to MCM users for troubleshooting and optimization.Generate reports to offer insights into MCM system performance.Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Manage omnichannel services like Click&Collect and Return to Store for smooth execution.Monitor service performance and implement improvements for better customer experience.Coordinate communication between E-Com and Retail teams to enhance efficiency.Tailor catalogue initiatives to meet local market needs.Your profile:4+ years of experience in an E-Commerce roleProficient in E-Commerce related systems (SAP desirable)Self-motivated, coachable, with strong ownership and responsibility.Analytical, organized, results-driven, with strong business acumen.Energetic, creative thinker, eager to innovate and improve outcomes.Degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising, or related fields.
