Every day, our Case Managers coordinate, negotiate, and facilitate injured workers'' recovery and return to work. From police officers to builders, hospitality workers to farmers, we support a diverse range of clients. As a senior team member, you''ll provide coaching and handle escalations. This impactful role values your expertise. Opportunities are available across New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia, with a generous relocation allowance for eligible candidates. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexibility to work from home (WFH). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively manage a portfolio of workers'' compensation claims to achieve early and sustainable return to work outcomes while controlling claim costs. Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers, and other stakeholders to develop effective Return to Work strategies. Support workers and employers through the claim process, managing expectations and ensuring timely access to services. Assess liability and recovery aspects relevant to legislation or policies, with ongoing reviews of entitlements and payments. Respond to escalations, providing coaching and mentoring to team members. ABOUT YOU Minimum 3 years of experience managing claims within the New Zealand Accident Compensation Scheme. An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to customer support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and high accuracy. Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills.
