With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.As a Food & Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Venue Manager, you will support leading a team to deliver the daily operations of the venue and provide an exceptional guest experience.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a unique dining experience for our guests, take good care and have a hands on approach when maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge.A few of your responsibilities:Supervise the team on shift and assist with training, development and performance managementSet daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standardsEnsure accurate cash handling procedures are followedAssist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targetsEnsure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shiftsMonitor the quality of food and service to ensure high standards are maintainedEnsure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materialsWhat we are looking for:Supervisory experience within in a similar busy hospitality environment including a thorough knowledge of food and beveragesExceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guestsHighly organised and eager, with a high attention to detailFlexible availability to meet the venue operating hoursCurrent NSW RSAcardAbout you:As an expert within food & beverage, you understand the essence of leading a team to deliver a world-class service.
