You will play a key role in maintaining sanitation standards at our manufacturing plant by working closely with Operations and Contracted Cleaning teams. This is a day shift role on a roster basis. You will be part of a team dedicated to producing our well-loved breakfast cereals in Australia.Responsibilities include:Ensuring the manufacturing facility meets sanitation standards through cleaning validations, checklists, and chemical management.Reviewing and managing the facility''s master sanitation schedule and staffing for packing and processing lines.Conducting pest reviews.Supporting the operations team to meet daily quality assurance KPIs shift-by-shift.Implementing lean manufacturing practices across Supply Chain functions.Qualifications and Skills:Experience in quality assurance, food safety, or production roles within food manufacturing.Understanding of sanitation and housekeeping standards.High attention to detail.Excellent communication skills at all levels.Influencing skills to ensure team engagement with sanitation requirements.Next Steps:After applying, your application will be reviewed by a recruiter.
