Were Hiring: Human Resources ManagerJoin a Mission-Driven Disability Services Provider!On behalf of our client, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a values-driven organisation that supports individuals living with disabilities and mental illness. Their vision is to Support, Coordinate, Advocate - helping people live life to their full potential.This is a three-month temporary role with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time position. It offers an excellent opportunity to lead the HR function within an organisation committed to person-centred care, human rights and continuous quality improvementRole Focus:The HR Manager will drive strategic and operational human resources initiatives aligned with the organisations mission and regulatory requirements. You will ensure best practice HR, workforce planning, compliance, and continuous quality improvement across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy.Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.Support managers in performance management, investigations, and grievance resolution.Maintain HR systems, employee records, and ensure audit readiness.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, NDIS standards, and WHS obligations.Provide strategic advice to leadership and contribute to long-term workforce planning.Champion a positive workplace culture and drive staff development and engagement.Your Contribution:You will play a central role in shaping a workplace that values respect, human rights, and dignity for people with disabilities. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and a culture of continuous learning and improvement across all teams.Selection Criteria:Extensive HR leadership experience in community, disability, or health services.In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and NDIS compliance frameworks.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Proven ability to work strategically and influence change at an executive level.Experience conducting investigations and managing employee relations matters.High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Qualifications & Experience:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (essential).Desired: Certificate III/IV, Diploma or Degree in Disability or Community Services.Demonstrated experience working with NDIS participants with complex needs.Pre-Employment Requirements:National Police CheckWorking with Vulnerable People CheckCurrent Drivers LicenceRelevant certifications in First Aid, Medication Assistance, Infection ControlCOVID-19 vaccination (two doses required)If you''re a dedicated HR professional who thrives in a people-focused, mission-driven environment please apply now.For a confidential discussion about the role, contact Fironika Loganathan at fronika@searsonbuck.com.au or Jess Wilson at jwilson@searsonbuck.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
