You will manage cases involving physical and psychological conditions, helping clients achieve health and employment goals.Your duties include:Case management with support staff to reduce administrative tasksApplying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomesDeveloping injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employeesCollaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionalsWorking across schemes like workers compensation, CTP, insurance, and government programsAssessing and supporting clients through various clinical evaluationsWe welcome new graduates and offer primary supervision.Ideal candidates will have:Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingRegistration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with ASORC4th-year students in relevant degrees are encouraged to applyExperience in Occupational Rehabilitation is a plusExcellent communication, empathy, and time management skillsCurrent NSW Drivers License and access to a car with insuranceOur values focus on caring, collaboration, making a positive impact, and innovative ideas.
