Your new role You will oversee the coordination of HR practices, including recruitment, work health and safety, and employee relations, to ensure a motivated and competent workforce throughout the company. You will offer guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including EBA/Award interpretation. As a pivotal member of our team, your responsibilities will include: Oversee HR practices, recruitment, work health and safety, and employee relations. Manage and promote training functions. Plan, design, and facilitate training activities to enhance company standards. Identify hazards with departments and WHS committee. Update knowledge of relevant legislation and WHS best practices. Investigate and register incidents and manage workers'' compensation claims. Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including EBA/award interpretation. What you will need HR generalist experience is required; exposure to L&D is beneficial. Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
