The Employment Consultant will be responsible for job coaching, developing job search strategies, and providing career counseling to job seekers. Duties also include case management, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and managing employment offers. The consultant will work closely with businesses to ensure proper job placements and provide ongoing support to both the employer and employee.QualificationsExperience in job coaching, job search strategies, and career counselingSkills in case management and candidate accompanimentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage client cases efficientlyPrior experience in recruitment or employment services is advantageousRelevant qualifications in Human Resources, Social Work, or related fields are desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
