About the Position We are seeking an early childhood professional eager to advance their career by leading and mentoring Greater Hume''s team of educators across the Culcairn and Henty Centres. Greater Hume Children Services is an established provider dedicated to high-quality education and care in a nurturing, nature-based environment. We operate four (4) Early Childhood Centres across Culcairn, Henty, Holbrook, and Walla Walla, and three (3) OSHC services. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Culcairn and Henty services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care. It is essential that the Team Leader understands relevant regulations, educational frameworks, and child protection laws. The role also includes managing the curriculum at both sites, leading teams, and fostering strong relationships with families and staff at Culcairn and Henty. The Team Leader will collaborate with a passionate management team to support a creative, nurturing, and compliant environment within Greater Hume Centres. We are looking for: Diploma in Early Childhood Education Experience working in an early childhood setting Ability to lead a team of educators Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework, with Assessment and Rating experience Current Accredited Child Protection training Current First Aid Certificate Class ''C'' Driver''s Licence Current Working with Children Check and Police Check Please visit the Greater Hume Council ''Careers with Us'' website for the full Position Description and additional details. Salary and Hours The salary ranges from $81,550 to $91,330 gross per annum, plus an 11.5% Council Superannuation contribution. The role involves a 38-hour workweek within Culcairn and Henty Centre hours and includes a Council vehicle for work and commuting.
