This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides facility management services to a well-known Oil & Gas Company situated in the Pilbara, WA.Benefits ProvidedMinimum $133K + Housing Allowance + Benefits Program / Discounts.Job security, working in an essential Resource SectorUniforms / PPE and Vehicle providedAn Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a range of support and counselling services for any issue, personal or work relatedKey ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the HVAC Technician is primarily responsible for general maintenance and reactive maintenance of our contracts facilities.Duties include:Complete general reactive and preventive maintenance around the facilitiesInstalling, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety ActAbout UsOur values unite us and provide a set of common guiding principles that help instill a sense of pride throughout our business and serve as great reminders of the core values employees should strive to embody every day. The incumbent is a key person within the Team, promoting staff morale while displaying a can do and Team Player attitude.
