About The Role Responsibilities include: Providing strategic advice and managing conflicting priorities to ensure sustainable business service outcomes. Developing operational methods, policies, practices, and standards to support the school''s administrative functions, including problem resolution and idea development. Leading and managing human resources for support staff, including recruitment, induction, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
