The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence across organisational policies, procedures, and practices by ensuring adherence to quality standards and promoting innovative solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation to achieve client outcomes, organisational goals, and contractual requirements.All staff are valued and respected, and are presented with genuine opportunities to develop to their full potential. Sora also recognises the importance of a healthy work/life balance, and you will enjoy some flexibility in your working hours if required.Remuneration for this role will be paid at an hourly rate of between $53.84 and $56.22, depending on relevant skills and experience.
