The team is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and support to all stakeholders and delivers operational services and provides business partnering, leadership and advice across all People & Culture functions including Human Resources, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Injury & Care, Industrial relations, and all other related people matters that impact our organisation.About the RoleThe Recruitment Advisor will provide full-cycle recruitment support, consultancy and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, policies, procedures and requirements throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that hiring managers and candidates receive the best possible customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the end - to -end recruitment processes across NSW, QLD & VIC, from initial advertising right through to probity checking, offer and onboarding. You will work within a fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders.Some key accountabilities of the role include:Taking effective job briefs from hiring managers to ensure a true understanding of role.Answering enquires from potential candidates and the general public about working for LiveBetter and current available positions, or current status of application.Assisting in coordinating recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, booking candidates for interviews, undertaking panel interviews, reference checks and onboarding activities.Onboarding of candidates including interpretation of Awards for the purposes of provision of employment contracts for new hires under the relevant Award conditions.Managing advertising response and assistance with shortlisting.Managing co-ordination of interviews with relevant hiring managers and assisting with the administration of the recruitment process.Developing and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships to ensure service delivery and stakeholder relationships are maintained at optimal levels; interpreting customer needs while demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of the diversity of LiveBetter business units.Assisting in the review of positions descriptions, selection criteria and formulation of interview questions.What LiveBetter needs from youWe would love to hear from you if you are a professional and caring person who is prepared to embrace our values of Integrity, Respect, Cooperation, Empowerment and Excellence in your day-to-day work life.We re interested in hearing from people who have:Experience as a recruiter delivering customer focused end-to-end recruitment services in a high-volume environment.Working knowledge and experience in best practice recruitment and selection processes.Working experience using electronic recruitment and candidate management systems.Well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff at all levels in the organisation, external providers and external bodies.Superior organisation skills with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search or similar tools and techniques.Current Australian Drivers Licence.If you''re excited about this opportunity but you don''t meet every single requirement, or your experience doesn''t align perfectly, we still want to encourage you to apply.
