The role involves identifying and documenting current business processes, analysing systems and workflows, and driving improvements that align with organisational objectives. It includes working closely with product owners and subject matter experts to define user stories, develop business requirements, and support solution design. The position also oversees reporting, data analysis, compliance processes, and risk controls to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
