Thats us.Salary Packaging: up to 18550 per year, Fitness Passport, EAP, discounted health insurance and much more!What Youll Be DoingManaging high-volume end-to-end recruitment across a wide variety of roles.Partnering with hiring managers to deliver fast, effective recruitment solutions.Designing and executing creative sourcing strategies (yes, even the hard-to-fill ones!)Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.Building and nurturing active and passive talent pipelines.Contributing to Arumas EVP, brand presence, and diversity goals.Using real-time data and insights to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate care.What Youll BringExperience in high-volume recruitment (in-house or agency)Confidence navigating fast-paced environments with competing demandsStrong direct sourcing skills and a passion for engaging passive talentExcellent stakeholder management and coaching skillsA proactive, flexible mindset and exceptional time managementExperience using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and data insights to inform decisionsA love for people, process, and purposeHeart your work.
